Banquet Policies and Procedures

Menu Selection

1. Final selection must be made and submitted to Posh Nosh!, LLC seven (7) working days before the event
2. No food or beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought to the event unless from an insured and licensed contractor.

Deposit and Payments

1. A deposit of 50% of estimated cost must be made to secure desired date.
2. Final payment of function is due 24 hours before your event. Event Date______
3. Failure to pay on or before event date will result in a $25 charge per day every day it is late._______

Guarantees and Cancellations

1. Confirmation of number of guests must be made within seven (7) days prior to event date.
2. All cancellations must be made with in seven (7) days to receive your refunded deposit.
3. All cancellations made after that time will forfeit any deposit.
4. In the event that the number of guests attending is greater than the guaranteed number those will be added to the final bill to be paid by the end of the event.
5. Posh Nosh!, LLC is not responsible for acts of nature, example,  power outages

Rental Hall

1. Rules set forth by rental halls are to be followed and not the responsibility of Posh Nosh!, LLC.
2. Posh Nosh!, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items of the function.
3. Room rental and catering fees imposed by rental hall are responsibility of host. These fees are not collected by Posh Nosh!, LLC.
4. The host is responsible and will reimburse Posh Nosh!, LLC for any damage, loss or liability of Posh Nosh!, LLC’s property incurred during the event by any of the party’s guests.
5. Any outside contractors providing goods or services are responsibility of the host.
6. No food is permitted to be brought in or taken outside of event.

Taxes and Service Charges

1. All federal, state, and municipal tax which may be imposed or applicable to this agreement and to the services rendered by Posh Nosh!, LLC are in addition to the prices herein agreed upon, and the host agrees to pay them separately.
2. There will be a service charge of 20% applied to the food only bill.
3. Returned check charge is $30 dollars.  

Alcohol 

1. The sale and purchase of alcoholic beverages are regulated by the state. Functions involving the service of alcoholic beverages will comply with the state and rental hall’s policies governing such services. The person designated by the group as in charge of the function will accept responsibility to ensure the group complies with all state and local laws

Meeting Policy

1.  If any of the individual requirements specified in the menu contract are not fulfilled, Posh Nosh!, LLC must be notified and given ample time and opportunity to correct them. A deduction is not required if Posh Nosh!, LLC is not given the opportunity to correct the problem.

Acceptance

1. The person whose signature appears on this agreement and by whose signature acceptance for the group is made, acknowledges that the above conditions along with the service arrangements as described in this agreement are fully acceptable herein, and the compliance by the group of all conditions both written and stated.
